These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to any purchase made via the "lejasdebelargent.fr" website, property of Florence VAJDA, which reserves the right to modify them at any time or to add special conditions during any transaction.
The general conditions of sale applicable are those in force on the date of acceptance of the order by the buyer.
ARTICLE 1 - ORDER AND VALIDATION
The validation of an order means acceptance of it as well as the entirety of the General Conditions herein. The offer visible on the site is valid within the limits of available stocks.
ARTICLE 2 - RATES
The prices appearing on the site are prices including VAT, in euros, taking into account the VAT applicable for a delivery in metropolitan France on the day of the order.
Any other type of order (outside the metropolitan national territory) will be the subject of a personalized quote that will be sent by email.
ARTICLE 3 - DELIVERY
The delivery and/or billing address must appear on the order form. The time of receipt of the order is 8 to 10 days maximum. An order is only processed from the day of payment of the entire order.
A contribution to the delivery costs is required.
Delivery is free for any order over 300 €.
ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT
An order is only effective from its total payment.
The different payment options are available when ordering.
ARTICLE 5 - WITHDRAWAL
After receipt of the order, in case of non-compliance, a period of 7 days is granted to withdraw in accordance with Article L121-16 of the French Commercial Code. The costs of returns are then the responsibility of the customer. This right of return can only be accepted for a complete return of the product concerned, in its original condition and packaging with a copy of the purchase invoice. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be taken back.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Le Jas de Bel Argent undertakes to proceed with the refund within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt of the non-compliant products.
